The payment vendor used by the City of Social Circle for utility and tax card payments has resolved the issues previously affecting their system.
Customers may now resume making payments online or through the IVR phone system.

As previously stated, the vendor used by the City of Social Circle for utility and tax card payments is currently experiencing technical issues. At this time, they have implemented a temporary fix that allows us to accept card payments, but only for utilities. We are unable to process card payments for taxes at this time. Utility card payments may be made in person at City Hall or over the phone. To make a utility payment by phone, please call 770-464-2380. To pay in person, visit City Hall at 166 N. Cherokee Road, Social Circle, GA 30025. Please note that the online payment system and IVR phone line remain unavailable. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

At this time, utility and tax payments can still be made in person using cash, check, or money order. Ticket payments can still be paid online via card.
A drop box is available in the City Hall drive-thru for checks or money orders after office hours. Please do not deposit cash in the drop box. Payments placed in the drop box after 4:00 p.m. will be credited on the next business day.
