CSX has now said these railroad crossings will be closed begging at 4:00 AM tomorrow, October 2, and are anticipated to reopen sometime on Friday, October 3. Expect delays and plan alternate routes.

CSX Railroad will be performing maintenance that will require roadway closures on Tuesday, September 30 and Wednesday, October 1. Some closures could potentially go into Thursday, October 2.

The affected crossings and anticipated closure times are:

Hwy 11 by Standridge Color Corp. – Closed September 30 & October 1

Amber Stapp Studdard Road – Closed October 1

Knox Chapel Road – Closed October 1

These roadways will be closed for the duration of the work, which is anticipated to take all day. The closures are expected to impact both morning and afternoon school traffic. View the closure maps below for detour information and please follow signage.
